@DvdM are you talking about something physically stuck to the screen or bezel? Or something that is displayed? A picture might help.
Are you in Europe? The only references I find to that TV are in Europe. If so, you probably want to visit the Samsung discussion area for that part of the world. Since this area is for Samsung US products and services, the US users might not have the info you need.
