Hello I have a Samsung , The picture started going bright and dark, and then we lost the picture completely. the bottom right corner of the screen is getting very hot, and there is a round burn mark in the corner.
I'm told this is manufacturer fault, so I would be grateful if Samsung can put it right for me. Please let me know.
I spoke with Samsung, wouldn’t confirm defect. Was given an 800# to set up service. It’s 2 yrs old It’s insane as I expected better. I could have purchased a Vizio.
