identity.hudl.com does not work on internet browser of Samsung TV TU690T

I was trying to watch football on miaanetwork.com. When I was clicking purchasing button on that website, it popped up identity.hudl.com. I used this website to purchase football tickets and no problem. Recently, identity.hudl.com shows blank on the samsung browser on TV. So I can not purchase the tickets any more. Anyone knows how to solve the problem?

I have two samsung smart TVs. The internet on the other one works well. I can purchase tickets.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! This can happen as the developer of the website updates their sites they will need to roll out updates to have compataiblty with the specs of the TV. I would recommend reaching out to the website devs for further help.
