Monitors and MemoryMy C34J91WTN curved monitor doesn't connect to any device via USB-C/Thunderbolt - thinking the port is completely dead, which would be disappointing because the monitor is new. I tested the USB-C cable I am using and it works fine when I use it to plug in my Pixel 6, which charges using USB-C. Any ideas on how to get the USB-C/Thunderbolt ports to work on the monitor?

Monitors and MemoryHello @rrrribbet! Thank you for reaching out! If there is not an option to tun on the USB Hub the issue could be a compatibility issue. What device or devices are you trying to plug into the thunderbolt port. Also, once it's plugged in do you see any devices in the device manger in windows. Depending on the device you are using it should show under Universal Serial Bus controllers or another location. Also does this occur with both ports?
