C34J91WTN curved monitor not recognizing any USB-C connections

My C34J91WTN curved monitor doesn't connect to any device via USB-C/Thunderbolt - thinking the port is completely dead, which would be disappointing because the monitor is new. I tested the USB-C cable I am using and it works fine when I use it to plug in my Pixel 6, which charges using USB-C. Any ideas on how to get the USB-C/Thunderbolt ports to work on the monitor?

Is there a setting in the System Menu to turn the USB Hub On?

Hello @rrrribbet! Thank you for reaching out! If there is not an option to tun on the USB Hub the issue could be a compatibility issue. What device or devices are you trying to plug into the thunderbolt port. Also, once it's plugged in do you see any devices in the device manger in windows. Depending on the device you are using it should show under Universal Serial Bus controllers or another location. Also does this occur with both ports?

Was this ever resolved? I am having the same issue with my curved ViewFinity S65TC Ultra-WQHD. The USB ports worked fine for the first couple of months now suddenly I can't get any of them to work. I've checked the cables (was using the Thunderbolt cable that came with it, but have since tried others as well), and they all work just fine with the other devices when not plugged into the monitor. The monitor will no longer connect to my Macbook Pro M3 through Thunderbolt port (it was connecting previously just fine), nor my Samsung s7 tablet (also previously connected fine), and it no longer will charge my iPhone. I've also tried plugging my mouse into the other USB ports and they all seem dead. No response from any of them.

I currently have my monitor plugged into my Macbook through the DisplayPort since the Thunderbolt port isn't working, but would like to resolve why my USB/Thunderbolt ports are no longer functioning. I only bought this monitor 4 months ago.
