Monitors and MemoryWhile using Magician, an SSD firmware update availability was indicated. After clicking the button to commence the firmware update for the SSD device an non-optional dialog is presented with the subject text displayed together with a single button; "OK".
Exactly what does the subject text imply from a technical perspective?
If your answer is that it is a necessary process than why is it presented at all especially given that the ONLY option is "OK". This seems very ... peculiar.

Monitors and MemoryHello userhZ0bUCqIfm ,
Would you happen to have a picture or screen shot of the message? There may be a message that mentions checking system compatibility to make sure there are no issue, but I'm not sure which message this is pointing towards specifically, Also Which SSD do you have and what firmware update are you doing?

Monitors and MemoryGiven the simplicity of the message it did not warrant taking a screenshot.

As for compatibility, I would think Magician had logically already performed that task before alerting User about the availability of a firmware update for the installed device.

Monitors and MemoryHello userhZ0bUCqIfm ,
Yes, typically Magician will check compatibility for you, but a warning message may still show up asking the user to double check system compatibility before the update, its pretty much just a reminder for users who don't typically do these kinds of updates.
