Monitors and MemoryI got a G9 49" a few months ago, it's been giving me issues here and there but just now the display port stopped working entirely. HDMI works just fine, but the display port doesn't work on 2 different known working computers, and 2 different display cables. Is this a known issue? are there any fixes? any help would be appreciated.

Monitors and MemoryHello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be frustrating with your monitor having these display issues. I would recommend making sure that your monitor is up-to-date. If this does not help make sure that you are using a DP 1.2 cable or higher and that the length of the cable is not longer than 1.5 meters as this may cause issues.
If none of these helps this will be something that will require service. Depending on your warranty you will have a couple of options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
