Monitors and MemoryI just got a OLED G9 Odyssey monitor, and I can't set it to any higher resolution than 3840*1080, which feels pretty underwhelming. I've got a Surface Laptop 4 connected to a DELL D6000 hub which is connected to the Odyssey via the DisplayPort - which of these might be the culprit, and what can I do?

Monitors and MemorySo I've tried turning off Game Mode and that lets me go into 3840*2160 - but there are no ultrawide resolutions available. I've downloaded all of the confusing Samsung downloads for the monitor and believe I have the latest drivers. I've confirmed that my Surface Laptop 4 should be more than capable of outputting the right resolution. I'm using the included DP cable. I've tried reducing the update frequency to 60, 50 and 30 Hz with no improvement. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Monitors and MemoryDo you have the D6000 software loaded? Did you read the D6000 User Manual especially the USB input and monitor output resolutions?
