I don't know my password more in Samsung T9 SSD.
I forgot the note my password and i have backup data from my old portable.
How can I recup my password?

I'm sorry to say that it is likely not possible to recover the password. Your only hope would be to either try to remember the likely password you would have used, or locate the paper where you wrote it down.
@anderidder There is no way to recover your password. If there was, the device wouldn't really be secure.
You can reach out to Samsung support and send them the device to reset to clear the password. But all of your data will be gone.
