My monitor not show menu when i press on jog button,but show various menu if i click left,right,up..

my monitor ( LF27T350FHRXEN ) not show the menu when i click on the jog menu, but if i click on jog menu's left or right it show source menu and if i click up it show the image menu (brightness,contrast ecc...), but if i click on center not appear the complete menu.

Solved using this guide found on reddit:

Just got off phone with support. The jog button gets "stuck". They recommend pressing and holding the jog button for 20 seconds in each direction to "un-stick" them.

20 Seconds Left

20 Seconds Up

20 Seconds Right

20 Seconds Down
