Neo G9 49 horizontal scan lines

Hi 

When I have adaptive synch enabled on my Odessey Neo G9 49" I can see horizontal lines on some pictures, specific colours tend to show it I assume its there all the time.

Enabling and disabling adaptive synch turns it on and off. 

I have included pictures but it is very difficult to take a picture of it.

I am using display port, Nvidia 3080, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR standard, Sharpness 60, Brightness 80, contrast 80, colour tone normal saturation 50. Software version M-A9549GGPA-1015.0
