Neo G9 No Firmware Showing

Hi, 

When I try and go to the section to update firmware for my Neo G9 nothing comes up for my model number (LS49AG952NNXZA).

Can someone help if I'm just being dumb?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! That's definitely strange it's not showing for you. As you can see below it is showing on my side so there may be just a server update is the reason it wasn't showing.
