Monitors and MemoryWhen using the monitor, it occasionally turns black all of a sudden, and does not come back. Seemingly it was shut down, because I had to press the button on the back or use the remote to turn it back on.
I have updated the system to the latest, and "Auto Power Off" is set to Off.
This happened only a few times during my 2-week usage, but it did happen to both PC and Macbook.
Anyone experiencing this? Is this a known issue and can be fixed in the next updates?

Monitors and MemoryHello! Thank you for reaching out! That is a strange issue that you are having with your monitor. Please make sure that the outlet is not the issue and try to recreate this while using a different outlet. Also, it is recommended to not use a surge protector as this can sometimes cause issues with your monitors such as this occurring.
If none of this helps then this will require service, but as you did just recently purchase this monitor I would recommend talking this back for an exchange, or checking with your place of purchase return/exchange policy. If you are out of that please either send us a pm with your full model and serial number, or call in directly at 1 (800) 726-7864
