Odessey G7 43” Screen flickering

Hello - just received my G7 43” today. Tried to play a game on Xbox Series X and the screen keeps flickering to black. Happens every 30-60 seconds and is black for 1-3 seconds.

Monitor is updated to latest version.

Have you tried to hook something else to it to see if it still flickers?

I had my PC connected for productivity work, this didn’t flicker. Only the Xbox

I have the G5 34" and it sucks on my Xbox, have you tried a different resolution

What should I adjust the resolution to?

1080p if you haven't tried that

Also try a different frame rate, 60 to start with

Will try that tonight. Major bummer to pay for a 4K monitor if you can’t run games at 4K.

Yeah I know, my TV sucks, can only do 4k or 120, I don't have a 2.1 TV
