Compared to some other monitors from other brands there is currently no way to manually disable DSC on this monitor. Currently you have to do a trick to disable it by switching to HDMI, change the color depth, then create a custom resolution. Latest firmware does not add this option and it mainly becomes an issue if you plan on having more than 2 monitors.
