Monitors and MemoryFollowing an auto-update, my G65B has been stuck at 100% during the firmware update for multiple hours now. I am unsure as to how to proceed. The monitor says that the update "will take about 6 seconds", however, it has been far past that. I can't turn the monitor off during the update as I do not wish to damage my device. So I am stuck with a seemingly complete firmware update that won't end. Has anyone encountered a similar issue with their Samsung monitor that they have been able to solve?

Monitors and MemoryHey man, had the same issue this morning. I held down the power button on the remote and ended up in Samsung TV Plus, after which I set it back to DP input and it's working perfectly (also checked for updates afterwards just to be sure, nothing to download). Hope this works for you! Try have a USB stick on hand with the previous versions firmware just in case. Good luck!
