Monitors and Memory90% of the time when I come back to my computer, the screen will come on with really bad flickering and scanlines all over until I turn it off and back on.
I've tried a firmware update, I've tried a new, expensive DisplayPort cable.
This is a very expensive monitor that I don't think I should have this problem with it.
This is a video I recorded of it last month, but it seems since then the flicker portions have become worse

Monitors and MemoryHello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how this can be frustrating with your monitor flickering like this. I see that you have done some troubleshooting for this, as there is nothing else you can really try besides making sure that your GPU is up-to-date and trying through HDMI to see if this still occurs. If it does after that you will need service. Before that, though you can see if you are still within the exchange period you can go that route first. If not you will have a couple of options based on your warranty.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
