Now before customer service goes with their copy and pasting of unhelpful "check the cords" blah blah. I've done that already. I checked all the cords and cables everything is tight. I've tried every suggestion, setting change, everything nothing works. It will still randomly go black for a few seconds then come back.
Guess I'm saving myself $1,000 and returning the monitor since NOBODY can apparently help me and there's no solution to be found. Then again makes sense. What do they care about people? Only money....
I just replied to someone with a G8, but the same question, have you tried a different cable? I assume you're using Display Port, the other user said when using HDMI, they have no issues with black screens. Something you can try, or another DP cable. Also, check what the latest firmware for your monitor is and update if needed.
