Where: any uBreakiFix store location around the US

When: This is an ongoing service and available now in all UBIF stores 

How: Customers can visit any UBIF location and drop off their products for responsible recycling.

could someone tell me where &how do I file a claim for a cracked(bad) screen??? I signed up with "Mobile Protect". It came up under a Samsung ad and now I can t get in touch with them. A message came up under my first try to get them to help me. I can't remember how much I paid but I think it was 30 or 40 dollars that I paid. Now I can't get in touch with them. I don't have the money to pay out again for insurance
