Recent Update- Firmware Update Not Complete

So, I updated my note9 yesterday and right after the updated I started getting this notification 'Firmware update not completed' . Upon clicking, it shows me an error:

"The profile update could not be completed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you mayneed to contact Customer Service. Error: Internal Error (407)."

I have the same problem with my Note 9. Samsung said it was a provider issue. Provider said it is a software issue. Really  annoying.

i am also facing the same issue. if it is provider issue why are we seeing it only after software upgrade? Samsung doesnt even had this common sense.

My unlocked note 9 has been on a loop since last Samsung update yesterday morning. Says OMADM Firmware update not completed...then goes to update firmware then Error: The firmware update could not be completed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Service. Error: Internal Error (407). Have had this phone since June 2019 and no issues at all until this last update. It's in a loop and keep on draining my battery. Would prefer not to factory reset the phone. Already tried a soft reset. Please help.  Thank you!

SM-N960U that's my model#, how to find baseband version. Please note this is public issue not specific to one person so request you to address by providing a new firmware update or software update.
