Beta 10 for note 10 not available yet in the US... Also note you have to have a unlock version no carrier version will be supported

I check the samsung members app everyday and I've seen blog posts saying the registration for the beta is opened but still can't see anything. I have the factory unlocked version purchased from samsung.com and I'm in the US. Am I missing anything?
