Same here. Unlocked note 10 and no banner has appeared for me. So frustrating and such bad customer experience

@Oscar01 it's actually not available for unlocked devices in the us yet. You cant register for it. We are still waiting on it. But on topic, just check the members app and you will see a register button once it's available. That doesn't mean you'll get in the first wave though
