Why do my note 20 ultra keep updating to one UI 4 if I'm already on one UI 4 I don't understand what's going on 

I just had three software updates and NOTHING AT ALL is new on this phone sooooo what's the point of the updates

It's an error, some s21 series users got that one ui 4 changelog but after they downloaded, it turned out to be One UI 5 Android 13

No its the software update

It's a patch of a sort through updating you're correct.

Under the hood Bug fixes and patches. You might not see the change but it's there for your benefit. Just like a app in the app store they push small updates of the near same software with a code change to make it stable or push fixes.
