My screen won't turn on/off using the power button. How do I fix this?

Was your phone turning screen on/off with power button before? You have to find out if your phone has a warranty. If it does, contact Samsung support.

It should respond when you double tap on the screen. You can also hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds or so which should force reboot the phone
