Speaker Icon disappeared when making a call

My Samsung A32 has had an update and since then I am unable to find the speaker icon when making or receiving a call.  The screen that allows me to end the call, has speaker icon on it etc is no longer there.  All I get is the keypad. Can anyone help?

Hello Gem Leigh, Welcome to the Community. We understand the need to be able to use the speakerphone during calls.

Have you restarted the phone to see if the speaker icon returns?

Also, try testing the phone in Safe Mode to see if an app is causing the button to not appear. You can find the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
