I have successfully paired my Phonak Hearing Aids to my Galaxy Tab A7, model T500 but am unable to hear any sound through the hearing aids. In the tablet settings the hearing aids are recognized but when I select the hearing aid I get a message that indicates that not all tablet models can use hearing aids.
