a32 5g: Unable to input digits after calling number

a32 5g, phone will dial phone numbers>. if you dial a 800 number, which requires you to enter additional 

digits telephone will not accept impute.  example:  800 line for international calling. 800 line works, when directiced to enter country code and number phone pad will not accept imputes

Is this tmobile digits you are referring to by digits? If so, I can't press numbers either when I am asked to press 1 for assistance for example,
