Bottom of screen shifts up every 3 seconds and changes colour

Hi,

We have had our UA55M7000 tv for the last 5 years and 2 days ago it started producing a large pixel shift on the bottom of the screen that occurred every 3 seconds and progressively moved up the screen. We have tried resetting the tv, turning it on and off again but this occurs every time after about 5 minutes of the screen being on and happens without any inputs connected so we do not think its the cables.

If anyone could provide some help regarding this that would be great, it has been a fantastic tv until now.

If this is happening on all sources and the picture test, I recommend having the TV serviced. As your product is a non-US model and support for these models is very limited, please seek a support team for your area. You can do so by using this link: http://www.samsung.com/visitcountry
