Projectors & Other TVsHow do you turn off the auto-detect HDMI feature? Sometimes my Apple TV comes on and then the TV automatically turns on as well but I don't want the TV to do so. How do you turn off this feature?
Thanks,
Mark

Projectors & Other TVsDoes this mean another remote for the outboard HDMI switch? Hmm lets see TV remote, Sound Bar remote, XBOX and PS3 controllers, Xfinity set top box remote, and now a HDMI switch. My Harmony remote is way beyond obsolete now.

Projectors & Other TVsIs there a good sub-$100 HDMI switch that support 4k 60hz that is 4 or 5 ports that actually allows for the full hdmi 2.0 standard of 18gb/s and also works with hdcp 1.4 and 2.2?? I'm going crazy with the switch causing issues on this TV due to this bug (I refuse to call it a feature).
If anybody can recommend one of these I'd be greatly appreciative. My current setup is a PC and a bunch of consoles with HDMI hookup (6 total). Thanks!

Projectors & Other TVsSame boat. I'd rather just have a HDMI switch. I hooked up a Nintendo switch today and now it turns it to that input all the time. It's driving my wife nuts

Projectors & Other TVsI'm having this issue to with my KS9000. Not only that but this issue causes it to detect a new device every so often and resets my hdmi input labels. This is ridiculous for a top of the line TV. It's making me wish I bought a LG. Samsung, I've owned only your TVs for 6 years now and I'm sorry to report that I think I will be switching brands due to these issues.

THIS brought me here. Holy crap Samsung how did you screw up this badly? Oh well it could be worse, My TV doesn't catch on fire like your phones.
Got a PS4 on HDMI 1. Xbox One on HDMI 2. Nintendo Switch on HDMI 3. The only way I can use my TV properly is by unplugging the Nintendo Switch because every 20 minutes the television switches to HDMI 3.
Tried watching a movie movie last night on the Xbox One and the TV would keep switching to HDMI 3 and the Xbox One would turn off. I figured it was a one off and just put it back on the Xbox One input and restarted the film and then less than 20 minutes later switches to HDMI 3 and turns off he Xbox One AGAIN.
That's when I did a search and found this. Unfortunately I'm beyond my return time frame
and am stuck with this but I can see with absolute certainty I won't ever purchase a Samsung product again for personal use or my business especially after seeing how support can't do anything to help their customers who dropped a large chunk of money on their televisions.
