Internet Browser on my Samsung TV not working

I have Samsung 7 Series TV  and my Internet Browser suddenly stopped working - it won't load any website. My TV software and app are up to date. Anyone experiencing the same issue? Also, is there any alternative web browser? This is so frustrating.

Try unplugging your unit for about 2 minutes then retrying directly into a wall socket. If this doesn't work a factory reset may be in order.

We are sorry to hear about this. Please try resetting your Smart Hub to clear this up.  Settings>Support>Device Care>Self Diagnosis>Reset Smart Hub

Device care is not available to select, and software is not available to update.  E-manual is not even working... nuts!

I have teh same issue.  Everything on TV works accept internet broswer

Interestingly enough, I unpluged it from the AC power outlet from the wall for 2 miutes, plugged it back in and Internet browser started working.  Prior to this, everything worked accept Internet browser
