NO Fios TV channels recognized by my UN65KU6290F!

Fios TV does not recognize UN65KU6290F. Must reboot after this occurs after being turned off more than 4 hours.  NO AUDIO or VIDEO.

Hello! If you are able to access other channels and applications the issue would lie with the developer (In this case, Verizon). Can you try rerunning the Universal Remote Setup and reconfiguring your TV provider?
