Projectors & Other TVsJust purchased a new SS TV the u8000 65" series. I am very disappointed in the picture quality, it often looks like a paint by numbers picture. A purple jacket is just solid purple, teeth are solid white, skin tones are blotchy. Not as good as my old 30" Fire TV. I have been trying to make adjustments but it does not get much better. I understand it is the entry level SS tv, but I thought it would be better than this.
Any thoughts ?

Projectors & Other TVsIs there anywhere I can send a picture of the picture to be sure it is faulty ? I still have the box, it is only days old. I can take it back to Costco if necessary. I have 90 days.
Thanks,
TK

Projectors & Other TVsHello! Thank you for posting about this. You can take a picture and post it in the text box of your message. Does this happen on all sources? Can you try the picture test as well? Here's a link you might find helpful: https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/tv-audio-video/diagnose-picture-issues-using-the-picture-test/

Projectors & Other TVsWent there, read all the info., then ran through the steps. All went fine until I got to the screen where Device Care was to be pressed. Got a message that this function was not available.
So, that option is no longer available.
