I have TU8000 50 inch tv will be 4 years old in November. The screen was already replaced under warranty. It looks like it needs another one
There are lines near top of screen. Samsung help me

I have been a samsung product fan for many years . But I think this is horrible 
3 1/2 year old TU8000 50 inch the screen is shot for 2nd time. 1st time was less than a year I was lucky warranty fixed and now again . This time no warranty. Samsung help me please

Can you see the lines across screen .there are 3 of them now. The tv is not even 4 years old .screen was replaced in year 1 . I am a big sansung product fan but this not right. This same thing happened to me, and Samsung customer service offered no help or relief. It is very disappointing and makes me reconsider getting Samsung TVs. I was basically told buying a new TV was the cheapest option. Samsung supposedly prides itself on durability, but a life of just over 3 years is well below the average life for a TV. I am very disappointed.

The customer is held liable for a faulty Samsung product.
