Samsung TV anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) not switching to HDMI automatically

I have a Samsung TV that we use for our conference. Its connected to a Windows 10 Pro desktop.
I have anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) enabled on the Samsung TV. But when I turn on the TV, its defaulting to TV instead of HDMI.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! You should also have auto run last app turned on too. You can do that by the following Settings  > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option > Select Autorun Last App. Please let me know if this helped!
