Samsung Tv plus not avaliable on my tv

Bought 65” Samsung curved flatscreen from 2016

model UN65JU6700

how come I don’t get this Samsung tv plus?

Tv plus was built into my 2019 and 2020 tv's. Not sure about older models.

Our J series, including the JU6700, are 2015 model devices. Unfortunately, the Samsung TV Plus service is only available to our 2016 models and newer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
