Samsung UN49KU7000F Equalizer Gray Out

Please move if in wrong forum, I have a Samsung UN49KU7000F and under Sound the Equalizer is gray out.  I have researched this and tried different settings, but no luck.

How do you turn on the Equalizer?

To custom or something else. Then keep checking to see if the equalizer option become Abdullah
