Simultaneous Bluetooth and tv audio

I have a UN82RU8000FXZA. I tried to set the simultaneous Bluetooth & TV audio. I went to the settings general and accessibility, but the multi-output audio is grayed out. Is there a way to enable it?

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with multi-audi not working. You can try the following steps. 

1. Pair your device first

2. Make sure you are on the home screen

3. Select Menu 

4. Select System 

5. Select Accessibility 

From there you should be able to select the option for multi-audio.
