I purchased the Smartthings Hub Dingle to connect to my NU7100 TV. The TV does not recognize the dingle. Is there any other product I can connect the dongle?

We found this international article with steps for connecting to the SmartThings Hub Dongle: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/tv-audio-video/how-to-connect-your-smartthings-dongle/

*Please note, a compatible TV model is required (2022 Samsung The Sero, The Serif, The Frame and BU8000 & above).

Samsung SmartThings is a platform that allows you to connect and control various smart devices in your home. If you're looking to connect your Samsung NU7100 TV to the SmartThings ecosystem, you may need a different device or hub. Here are a few options to consider:

  1. Samsung SmartThings Hub: The Samsung SmartThings Hub acts as a central control hub for all your SmartThings-compatible devices. It can connect to your home network and communicate with compatible devices, including some Samsung TVs. Make sure to check the compatibility of your specific TV model with the SmartThings Hub before purchasing.

  2. Samsung SmartThings Link for NVIDIA SHIELD: This device is designed to turn your NVIDIA SHIELD streaming device into a SmartThings hub. It plugs into the USB port of your NVIDIA SHIELD and allows you to control SmartThings-compatible devices, including select Samsung TVs.

  3. Samsung QLED TVs with Built-in SmartThings Hub: Some newer Samsung QLED TVs come with a built-in SmartThings hub. These TVs can directly connect to and control other SmartThings-compatible devices without the need for an additional hub or dongle.

Before purchasing any device or hub, it's important to check the compatibility and requirements for your specific TV model and the SmartThings ecosystem. Refer to the product documentation, manufacturer's website, or contact their customer support for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
