Some of the TV Plus channels stopped working on my TV. I get about half of the channels, but the rest just show a white screen.
We recently had a storm, and the WI-FI server got reset and had to be reprogrammed by the network manager. I know I'm connected, because half the channels still work.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! It seems that you may be in a office environment. I would recommend reaching out to your IT department to see if they are blocking any of the channels and to see if this is occurring with any other TV.
I think I spoke too soon. Channel 1455 was working yesterday, but stopped working again today. 1460 works, though. About half the channels are working.
Channel 2674 an 2675 works, but 2673 and 2678 don't work.
Is there any way I can watch TV-Plus channels on my Windows 10 PC, even though it's not a Samsung device?
