I received an email couple of days ago stating that Loupe (combining art and music) is now available on channel 4575. I had previously been able to access this channel at my prior residence. I like this channel because it's good background music for working or reading, and the art images are nice.
Although I've moved to another state, I'm still in the US, if that matters.
Now the channel is not available - the TV guide won't even stop at 4575 but will go to channels before and after.
any ideas?
I'm finding the Samsung TV interface to be challenging and not at all user-friendly. It also lacks many apps and channels that Roku has.
