Projectors & Other TVsWe have a Mohu antenna that is attached to a wall by Velcro, a coaxial cable goes from the antenna to an small amplifier that has 2 cables coming out of it: a coaxial that goes to the TV & a cable w/an USB plug at the end for power (yes, strangely enough, the antenna needs power).
Our TV has 2 USB ports & they are marked:
USB (HDD 5V 1A) [w/a picture of a computer hard drive next to it]
USB (5V 0.5A) [w/a picture of a computer flash drive next to it]
I called Samsung, but didn't get a helpful answer.
My question:
Can I plug the amplifier's USB into either of the USB ports on the TV, or would it be better to plug the amplifier's USB into a wall outlet?

Projectors & Other TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! That is a good question, as I don't have one myself I cannot test it. It may work, but you may run into issues with not enough power being supplied to the amp. I would recommend plugging this directly into the wall. Or how the manual for the amp says to do so just to be safe.
