My smart TV does not show Paramount Plus in the apps. I've unplugged the TV for a few minutes, I've reset the smart hub, and the internet connection is working fine. Please help!
I’ve discovered that Paramount Plus is available as an extra paid channel on Amazon Prime Video. Unfortunately this requires a separate subscription. You can switch all your devices to Prime Video to avoid the double charge. Not ideal. Or you can add a roku to the TV. Defeats the purpose of a smart TV. But you can not get Paramount to work with Samsung to provide an app update, or even to provide a definitive answer on this issue.
I am in the same situation. I had pre-subscribed for 1 yr to cbs/paramount+.
We had a Samsung 6 series TV which we purchased in 2017. It had the CBS app until the paramount/cbs switch. This makes me angry, as we are losing functionality.
I don’t consider a 3/4 yr old tv an old system.
My 10yr old Sony television in my home theater needs replacing soon, I was planning on replacing it with a 75’+ Samsung but now I am rethinking it.
