I bought a 32" Frame TV a month ago, updated software to 2024 and subscribded to Art. I have Art Effect set on, Night mode set on and Art brightness at a low level. These settings were woking perfectly, art work had a good level of brightness during day and night, no problems at all.
From yesterday (24th Feb) something has changed without me changing any settings. The art in daytime is now far too dim, I have to adjust the brightness up and then back down again in the evening. It never used to be like this so I suspect either Samsung have rolled out a software update with this newly created issue or the Art work that downloads has changed relative brightness levels.
I've powered the TV on and off, no difference. I do not want to do a factory reset at the moment as this would mean having to reset all my settings and passwords.
Has anyone else seen a change in art brightness levels in the last few days?
