55q70 from 2019-2020 picture distortion

Hello, sometimes my picture will start displaying distorted, looks almost like gasoline mixed with water. This is happening while watching youtubetv through the smarthub app. Also will persist if i switch inputs to xbox. Only way to get rid of it is to do a hard reset by holding power button. What is odd if i do a picture test, the image looks fine. I have tried resetting smart hub but issue still happens. Any thoughts?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If this is occurring on all sources and still occurs even after a reset, I would recommend also making sure that the TV is updated.  You can update the TV by going to Support> Software Update> Update Now. If this does not help then this will require service. As your TV is out of warranty you can use the link below to find a service center in your area.
