Hi, for the last week or so I can’t put my TV into art mode - if I try, the screen goes black, the audio keeps playing and then after a few seconds it just turns itself back on again
I’ve thought maybe the art is glitched or something, so I’ve tried to select a new one, but in the art store I can’t load any art nor any categories - the loading spinner appears for 10 seconds or so then disappears, without actually doing anything 😞
Hi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. Just to confirm, have you checked to make sure the software is up to date on your TV? If that doesn't help, I recommend resetting the Smart Hub. I'm providing some links below to help with this.
