QLED and The Frame TVsI have a 2021 75” Frame TV (QN75LS03AAFXZA) running firmware version 2230 where the Bluetooth is not working. I discovered this as I was trying to pair a couple new aftermarket remotes to the TV and noticed that it was only using IR and not Bluetooth. I then tried to pair a Samsung OEM remote and kept seeing the message “Not Available” on screen. I finally tried pairing Bluetooth speakers through the sound output menu but it can’t seem to find any devices.
After multiple soft and hard resets as well as a couple factory resets, I went into the hidden system menu to see if I could access any Bluetooth menus. In the debug report I see “BT Throughput”: “Failure”. I suspect this means I have an issue with my Bluetooth controller or firmware.
Does anybody have a fix for this? Thank you in advance.

QLED and The Frame TVsThank you for your question and Welcome to the Community, Hellofish1
The message “BT Throughput: Failure” on a Samsung TV typically refers to a Bluetooth transmission issue. It means the TV is unable to maintain a stable or sufficient data rate with a connected Bluetooth device—such as headphones, soundbars, or controllers.
What It Means:
BT = Bluetooth
Throughput = The rate of successful data transmission
Failure = The TV couldn’t establish or maintain a reliable connection
Common Causes:
Incompatible or unsupported Bluetooth device
Signal interference or physical obstructions
Outdated TV firmware
Internal Bluetooth module issues (rare)
Troubleshooting Steps:
Restart both the TV and the Bluetooth device.
Ensure the device is in pairing mode and close to the TV.
Remove previously paired devices from the TV’s Bluetooth settings.
Check for firmware updates via Settings > Support > Software Update.
Try connecting a different Bluetooth device to test compatibility.
If the issue continues, we recommend visiting the official Samsung Support site for further assistance:
