It is mounted to the wall and a Sonos ARC soundbar is mounted below it and hooked to ARC HDMI jack.
I have a pr of Bluetooth headphones we use as well. I need the tv to play out of the soundbar and bluetooth headphones at the same time. I follow the instructions to do that and it doesn't work and a message comes up on the screen.
"Multi-output has turned off by changing the sound output".
Hi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. According to our guide on connecting multiple devices (linked below) you will need to have both devices connected by Bluetooth in order to play sound through both at the same time.
