QLED and The Frame TVsFor the last twelve hours or so, I have been unable to access the apps on the Samsung home screen on my Q60B QLED. Each time I click on the APPS icon, I receive the message: "Information: Smart Hub is being updated. Please try again later." It didn't open last night and hasn't this morning.
I accepted all the Privacy, Terms & Conditions but the icon still doesn't open.
I would prefer not to do a hard reset from Settings since I spent many hours calibrating my QLED and don't want them to revert to factory default.
How can I get back into my apps?
