I appreciate what you are "trying" to do by scanning for OTA channels "Live TV". Fact is that an auto scan that deletes previous successful channel discoveries is not ideal. I need to be able to manually add a channel e.g. 25-1 to the list. On some days it comes in, but I lose the others. No two days are the same and I don't want to run the risk of losing what I already found.
Bottom line, I need to manually add channels ad-hoc, not run a "purge and rescan" every time. How will Tizen allow us to accomplish this?
Unfortunately, this is a limitation on the television. A signal booster for the antenna would be our suggestion to resolve the issue of the channel being lost upon re-scan.
