Original remote from with TV would not pair, Nebraska Furniture installation guys could not get it to pair. Samsung sent me a new remote and it will not pair either. I have tried all the ideas on this sight, ready to return TV to Samsung because I cannot utilize the remote.
I understand how this may be frustrating and want to help if the troubleshooting steps in the link below do not help then I would recommend taking the tv back for an exchange.
